பற்றி வண்டல் ஓடை

The Vandal odai Reservoir was constructed across Vandal Odai near Therkku kallidaikurichi and Malayankulam villages in Ambasamudram Taluk in Tirunelveli district. Vandal odai is a tributary to Manimuthar River.

By this reservoir Tirunelveli District is benefitted. Ambasamudram taluk is benefitted by this reservoir.

The construction of the dam was commenced in the year 2005 and completed in the year 2007. The first release of water was during 2008.
